又玩遊台中找美食咯! 這次是尋找可口的牛肉面 和 好吃又多色的水餃。

Here I am, hunting for good food again. This time it's good beef noodles and interesting dumplings.

清燉牛肉麵（限量）110NTD

這是我的最愛喔～
湯非常的好喝，有一股中藥的味道，喝起來非常舒服爽快，讓人有一種清淡的感覺。牛肉吃起來不會太硬,而且牛肉咬下去有種QQ的感覺, 超好吃的.

My favourite dish over here!
The soup is tasty, so are the noodles. The noodles are soft, delicious, and nice to chew. Besides that, the meat is tasty too. The meat isn't too hard nor too stringy and chewy, i feel the cook did a pretty good job, not many places offer good beef noodles.





紅燒牛肉麵（湯）110NTD

這碗麵有一點點的辣沙茶味，我覺得蠻特別的。也是這家店的招牌面哦。

I think this dish is worth trying too. It has a hint of spicy pepperish taste but it's not too spicy. Also a recommended dish here. 




小籠包 （3粒）45NTD

這家的小籠包味道不錯, 蠻好吃的。我再去的話會不會點呢？我的答案是 ， 一定會!
我覺得這家的小籠包滿好吃的。小籠包皮不會太厚，皮的厚度剛剛好。小籠包內的料理和湯的味道不錯，值得嘗試.
咬下一口就可以喝到溫溫甜甜的湯，是多麼幸福的感覺啊～

The Xiao Long Bao here is quite good. The skin isn't too thick and the fillings are nice. Just love the taste of the soup inside the Xiao Long Bao.




綜合水餃（一份10粒）60NTD

彩色水餃! 不同顏色代表不同口味喔。很精彩吧 ^^

There it is, the special colourful dumplings. Each colour presents a different taste. Red = hot and spicy, Green = beans , Yellow= a type of vegetable and finally, the white common one is the common original flavoured dumpling. Hahahah.




小菜

這家的小菜味道不錯哦，老實說，這也算是一種滷味吧？只是，不是太鹹，味道又剛好的滷味。

This place has really good side dishes. The Taiwanese call this 'Lu Wei'. The dish above contains seaweed and pork intestine as well as pork's ears.
To be honest I'm not a big fan of "Lu Wei" because most of the time 'Lu Wei' is salty and full of sodium. The 'Lu Wei' here is an exception because instead of being too salty it's a little on the sweet side instead."
Ps. Not too sweet.
Pss. Price of this dish depends on the quantity you take.

富狀元豬腳 Fu-Juang-Yuan Pork Restaurant, TaiChung Taiwan

By just looking at the  shop name, it's quite clear that this shop specializes in PORK. Yep. Delicious and yummy pork.

What I like about this place is not only the food, but also because of the cleanliness. The best thing is that the price is affordable too!

光看店名就知道這是一家豬腳美食專賣店咯～这里的食物好吃，價格適當, 地方也乾淨, 非常棒.

状元腿扣 95NTD


I would say that this is my favourite dish here. It may seem oily, but after having a bite, you would instantly change your mind. The tenderness of the meat feels like heaven. I would say, the meat is not too hard, and it's definately nice to chew.

这盘腿扣的却看起来非常的油膩, 但保證你吃了一口後會再改變主意！瘦肉吃起來不會太硬，非常的好咬，而且咬下去有一種QQ的感覺。是我在这里最喜欢点的了~

狀元豬腳麵線 110NTD


I find the noodles a wee bit on the oily side, but hey, just let this meal be a not so healthy oily meal okay.
This dish is good, especially the skin, it's soft and nice to chew. Plus the flavour is nice to taste.
ps. If you would rather not have the noodles, you can always order 狀元豬腳(85NTD) instead. It's the same thing but without the noodles.


热乎乎的猪脚，软软的猪皮，吃下去感觉好像在嘴巴里溶掉的那个感觉，超级棒的口感～

也許這裡的麵線會對一些人來說滿油膩的，放心，這裡可以只點豬腳不點麵線哦-狀元豬腳(85NTD).



I ordered (Miso Soup NTD25) 味噌湯 to try and it's actually not bad, it doesn't tatse like japanese miso soup thou, so don't expect it to taste like how miso soup taste like in japan. XD

除此之外我也點了味噌湯(25NTD)，感覺湯的味道也不錯^^

I would totally recommend pork lovers to drop by and give this place a try!

我觉得这里的食物非常的值得尝一尝哦^^!

逢甲夜市 Feng Jia Night Market, Tai Chung, Taiwan

逢甲夜市是臺中最出名，最大，又最多東東的夜市喔！ 來到臺中當然一定要到這兒逛一逛.

Feng Jia Night Market is the biggest Night Market in Tai Chung. If you happen to come to Tai Chung, it is a must to pay this Night Market a visit!





怎么去缝甲夜市呢？How to get there?

公车：從台中市塔73号公车至新光三越过后再塔5，33，157，359或6268公车就可以塔到缝甲夜市了（在逢甲大學下車）


By bus: From Tai Chung city take bus number 73 to Shin Kong Shan Ye ( Mitsukoshi Dept Store) then you would have to change to bus number  5, 33, 157, 359 or 6268 to Feng Jia Night Market ( Get down at the stop where the bus driver says it's Feng Jia University)


Or you could take a Taxi (just tell them Feng jia Night Market, it is sure that they would know the way)

聽所逢甲夜市最好的臭豆腐是這一檔了，所以就決定嘗試. 還未嘗試之前我還以為臭頭腐是一道超難吃的食物呢.
聽說臭豆腐越臭越好吃喔～ 呵呵呵 

I was told that this is the best stall that sells stinky tofu @Feng Jia Night Market. I actually thought Stinky Tofu would be horrible but surprisingly it's okay, it taste like tofu with a slightly sour smell. It's worth the trill to try.

One of my favourite food cafés in Butterworth. Whether it's Local Food or Western Food, food here is good and affordable while the service is excellent.

Love the way the chicken chop is cooked, the crunchy texture of the chicken skin and the nice and tender chicken texture, served with special sauce. You just HAVE TO try this!

Then u should definitely pay Patisserie Equateur a visit. This is a cafe which specialises in deserts, although this cafe has limited number of main dishes but the food is good

Aglio Olio

One of the new dishes at Patisserie Equateur. Made up of Dry Chili, Garlic, Mushroom and Olives, served with Parmesan. Has a slight creamy taste, and you can also taste the spice it in. This dish has a slight spicy taste to it, but yet it isn't spicy at all. I love the way they cook the garlic, it's crunchy, yummy and amazingly it doesn't have any strong garlic taste in it; trust me, you would think it's a crunchy snack instead of garlic. This dish is good and worth a try.

Fresh salad with olive oil. A salad wonder,for those who like having salads, you won't want to miss this.

Lady Moon is the signature tea at Patisserie Equateur. It's made up of French Rose, lavender and a variety of flowers. No worries about not being able to sleep after drinking this flower tea!! :D

Mango Milkshake

One of the very few shops with good milkshake. A creamy milkish cup of milkshake with a hint of mango. Don't worry about it being too sweet, the bartender here does a great job, the drink is just right.

What I like about the food they serve here is that it's yummy, fresh, no MSG used, no food colouring, no vegetarian gluten meat and no preservatives. What's more is that they don't use microwave here to heat the food up.

This is my favourite dish. The soup is boiled with basil, mint and a variety of spices. 

You have an option of having Lei Cha with Vermicelli or brown rice here.

The taste is just wonderful, you can taste the taste of the mushroom as well as the sweetness of the pumpkin in the soup. A unique healthy dish worth trying.

Appetising Vermicelli 

Brown rice vermicelli serve with sweet and sour appetising soup, with a light sour taste; with tomato, vegetables and hericium mushroom and tofu.

I like the way they cook the tomato, the tomato is not sour at all. Overall this is a light soupy dish, not too heavy for the stomach.

Hokkaido Vege Sushi
